Thomas is CTO of Volucap, a volumetric capture studio in Babelsberg. Before, he has been researching at Fraunhofer HHI for ten years. As project manager for Volumetric Video for VR/AR he took a leading role in integrating dynamic 3D reconstructions of real persons into immersive experiences. Thomas holds a diploma degree in Media and Computer Science from the Technical University of Dresden. From 2005 to 2006, he joined the Division of Computer Engineering at Digital Dongseo University Busan in South Korea.
