Kate began her journalism career at CNN in Washington, DC and subsequently worked in radio and in print in Colorado where she was a senior reporter at The Denver Business Journal. As an award-winning business journalist and media commentator, Kate contributes today to The Guardian and also writes regularly for specialist publications, including DTVE and Broadcast Magazine in the UK. Kate created and co-presented the award-winning, daily half-hour media show Media Report.
