Partner Event: dwerft2 - introduction of the R&D project

dwerft2 is one of the major R&D projects for Future Media Technologies in Germany. The vision of dwerft is to link the whole production and distribution value chain for content in the media business by semantical cross-linking of metadata - the Linked media data cloud (lmdc). These solutions are based on algorithms and AI for picture and speech recognition, blockchain for accounting services, file-based media cloud workflows, automated subtitling services for cross media distribution, media productions tools as well as smart interfaces for archives and editorial databases. At Mediatech Con 2018 Angelika Hörth (DRA) and Mark Guelbahar (IRT) will be introducing the project, answering questions and looking for potential cooperative ventures.
